There are three levels of membership in the Catering Executives Club: Regular Member, Junior Member, and Associate Member.

A Regular Member is Any qualified person who is an executive in a Hotel, Restaurant, Club, Resort, Banquet Facility or Catering Operation and has held this or similar position for a period of not less than five years, or any person whom, after holding for no less than five years such position, is now gainfully employed as an Event Consultant, Coordinator, or Planner.

A Junior Member is any qualified person who holds a position in F&B hospitality management in a Hotel, Restaurant, Club, Resort, Banquet Facility or Catering Operation, and has held this or similar position for a period of not less than one year, or who was a recipient of a Catering Executives Foundation Scholarship, whom shall then immediately upon obtaining such position become a Junior Member.

An Associate Member is any person who is not a catering executive, but indirectly associated either by service, supplies, or kindred affiliated directions.

In order to be considered for membership, one must submit an application signed by two current members acting as sponsors. Upon approval by the board, a regular or junior regular member is immediately accepted into the club. An associate member, unless a position is currently available, once approved, is placed on a waiting list so as to keep the proper ratio of regular and associate members according to our by-laws.
