CEC Turns 75

After a long, rich history of excellence in the catering industry, the CEC this year celebrates its 75th Anniversary. The 2007-2008 Season will be dedicated to celebrating this milestone.

The focal for the festivities will be this year’s Holiday Gala, at which guests will receive a very special memento of the club’s anniversary. The Anniversary Committee has been preparing for the production of an Interactive DVD to commemorate the club’s history.

We ask for your help and participation in this venture. In order for the DVD to be as full and rich as our club’s history, we need everyone’s help. If you have any photos or old menus (by old we mean prior to seven years ago), please submit them or copies of them to Maryellen Coens, Teri Dasse, or Joe Monastero, Jr. You can download this form and contribute your own “lasting mark” for the DVD. We hope to compile as many culinary and event “recipes” from our membership as possible.

In order to have everything ready for the Anniversary Gala, please have these forms completed IN MICROSOFT WORD and returned to us no later than November 15th, 2007.
